Blake Lively has filed a legal complaint against her It Ends With Us co-star Justin Baldoni, alleging sexual harassment and a coordinated effort to damage her reputation. The complaint details accusations that Baldoni and his team attacked her public image following a meeting where she, accompanied by her husband Ryan Reynolds, addressed concerns about “repeated sexual harassment and other disturbing behaviour” by Baldoni and a producer involved in the film.

Baldoni’s legal team has categorically denied the allegations, labelling them as “categorically false.” They claimed that Lively threatened to disrupt the film’s production unless her demands were met. The meeting in question took place on January 4. It was intended to address what Lively described as a “hostile work environment” on set.

In the complaint, Lively’s lawyers allege that Baldoni and Wayfarer Studios CEO Jamey Heath engaged in “inappropriate and unwelcome behaviour” towards her and others during filming. The legal filing includes a list of 30 demands made by Lively to ensure a safe working environment. It includes requests to refrain from discussing Baldoni and Heath’s past “pornography addiction”. The actress aims to limit inappropriate comments and scenes involving her character.

Lively’s Statement

In a statement, the actress expressed hope that her legal action would shed light on retaliatory tactics used against those who speak out about misconduct. Blake Lively denied any involvement in spreading negative information about Justin Baldoni or Wayfarer Studios.
